Dr. Shari Rogers

Award-winning filmmaker and founder of Spill the Honey. Dr. Rogers is the director of Shared Legacies: The African American–Jewish Civil Rights Alliance, drawing on more than 100 hours of interviews with civil rights leaders. She brings unique insight into storytelling as a tool for social change and the power of narrative to strengthen Black-Jewish relationships. A Detroit native, she holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Detroit, where her lifelong commitment to justice and bridge-building took root
